Day 100

Day 100! A perfect day to write the most insightful blog post ever. Except I just spent the last 16 hours driving home from vacation.

So more on that tomorrow.

Wod: nothing (unless you count changing lanes?)

Nutrition:
2 eggs, 1/2 avocado
Too many pecans
Salad (2 side salads from McDonald’s with Applegate farms W30 turkey and 1/2 avocado) believe it or not I was the only person in this Alabama McDs doing this! took pics–hilarious–will post tomorrow
Coconut manna (too much of this too!)
1/2 Lara bar (in traffic jam in tennessee)
Dried fruit
Apple
More turkey
More coconut

Car rides=serious appetite (a bit disappointed in myself since I’m clearly not eating for hunger, but, on the other hand, at least W30 choices and safe travels)

Much much more tomorrow.
