Hitting the reset button. On the couch watching Game Change. Already clever–great dialogue and acting. Reminds me of The War Room. Anyone ever seen it?

Prioritize it. You deserve it.
At 3…2…1 Go, you will work through the WOD completing as much as you can in 2 minutes. After the 2 minutes you will rest for 1 minute. After your 1 minute rest, you will then start back over on the WOD and proceed to get as far as you can in 4 minutes. After another 1 minute rest, you will then proceed to start over and complete the WOD from top to bottom, Chipper style! So essentially this is like 3 mini WODs. Do you have what it takes to win all three?
20 Ab Mat Sit Ups
30 Box Jumps (24/20)
20 Lateral Burpees
30 Hang Cleans (115/75lbs)
20 Push Press (115/75lbs)
Took about 19:something. The full chipper was just over 11:00. On the first round, I got to 8 box jumps and on the second to 4 burpees.
Tomorrow is the Crossfit Games WOD 12.4. Rest up!
PWO SFH shake
2 eggs, sweet potato hashbrowns, chicken sausage & kale
Lunch: Leftover poblano pepper, leftover brussel sprouts & a little cauliflower rice & coconut cream
Dinner: 1/2 apple, hazelnuts, leftover hamburger, coconut manna
