Great visit full of family, civics, and Whole30.
Did Games WOD 3 today at Crossfit Norwalk. Susan and her crew were awesome. They cheered me on to 253 reps of 15 box jumps, 12 75# push press, 9 toes to bar (both feet every time baby!)
After wod made a healthy hash and egg breakfast.
Then I made some chocolate chili and butternut squash soup for lunch.
We had salmon, roasted veggies, and salad for dinner. Followed by coconut cream.
