There are so many great blogs out there. Whenever I need a bit of inspiration, I scroll through Facebook and check out the updates. (I’m following LOTS of blogs so please check out my Facebook feed and get inspired!)
Fit Foodies Healthy Life is celebrating 1 year of blogging. What a great example for someone like me! I hope I’m still worthy of your readership 300 days from now!
They started the blog today with a great quote that I want to share:

I thought this was so empowering. We control our minds and our bodies. Only we can decide that change can happen. Once we decide, we all have the willpower to make it happen. It’s up to us.
I think it’s equally fair to suggest that it’s infinitely harder to half-ass change by not being willing to be all in. I think that if you don’t feel that you are willing (and ready), that it may even be better to do some soul searching to figure out why rather than gritting our teeth and thinking willpower might just kick in and do the trick. Even less fair to yourself is feeling like a failure or a disappointment when you aren’t fully willing to make the change for one reason or another.
We can learn a lot from ourselves by challenging ourselves to change.

Breakfast: 2 eggs, chicken sausage hash, sweet potato hashbrowns
Lunch: Leftover fried chicken spinach salad w/olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and brown mustard dressing
Dinner: Leftover beef curry, leftover salad, raspberry coconut cream.
