Good day–with a great weekend ahead. If you don’t know the three-letter word that will change your mindset, check out yesterday’s post. I caught myself this morning when I was talking about the WOD weight. I had to change my language when I said “I can’t do that weight!” (read the post if you don’t get it!)

Definitely planning lots of new recipes this weekend. All of the cooking last weekend made this week very manageable.

Hosted a mini chess tournament at our house tonight. Lots of fun!

WOD:

12 Deadlifts (155/105lbs)
