Here’s a great video for a Monday out of CrossFit Intrepid in Springfield, IL. If you do CF, you’ll laugh at yourself. If you don’t, you’ll laugh at people who do. Generally its just really fun. Good for them!

WOD: #crazyeights: 13 min AMRAP: 8 Overhead Squats (75lbs/55lbs), 8 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20), 8 Kettle Bell Swings (53/35lbs)
5 rounds RX
Strength: Overhead squat: 3 @ 95, 3 @ 100, 7 @ 105
Water: 7 bottles
PWO: egg whites and small hash (out of muffins but fixed that tonight)
Breakfast: 2 baked eggs and hash
Lunch: Leftover tri tip on salad
And a little leftover butternut squash soup
Made some chicken fingers for dinner. Good flavors: coconut flour, italian seasoning, and garlic.
Added some spaghetti squash (w/ cinnamon–yum!) and some steamed broccoli.
Also couldn’t find my go-to W30 approved broth so tried this one. Winner winner chicken dinner! Good stuff.
Used it to make some soup with the leftover chicken. Added an onion, celery, carrot, sweet potato, and a little acorn squash. Looking forward to lunches for a few days.
