Zucchini Cakes

just a simple, made-up recipe. I’m sure you can search this and find many variations, including the fancier kind

What is in the photo is:

3 zucchini raw shredded using grater

2 eggs

1 small onion chopped

sprinkle of garlic powder

sprinkle of italian seasoning

Drop in 1/4 cups into hot skillet of coconut oil

Turn each side to cook (allow to “set” before you try to flip)
