Way weird. Yesterday’s post disappeared.
Big news was that I realized that yesterday marked 20 percent or 1/5 of the way to the W30. So far, all good.
No wod because of work
Points=1 sleep+4 food+1water=6
Breakfast: 2 baked eggs
Snack: Zucchini, blueberries, coconut
Lunch: Spinach salad with fried chicken
Snack: 2 PWO egg sweet potato muffins
Dinner: 1 1/2 bilinski’s chicken sausage, 1/2 sweet potato fried in coconut oil w/cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt & 3 zucchini cakes (see recipe)
