Happy Day 3! Since today is Sunday and many of you may be planning to cook for this week as I plan to do today, I wanted to be sure you saw this great recipe suggestion from my friend Jessica.
Jessica and I went to Monmouth College together and we keep up on Facebook. She does CrossFit over in Peoria I think and she attended a Whole 30 workshop in Chicago over the last year.
She suggests these as a great Post Workout meal. I plan to make a dozen of them today and bring them to the gym this week.
