Total points: 4 (diet)+1 (water)+1(WoD)+1(cashout)+1 (sleep)=8

WOD: 4 rounds of 5 red-band, chest-to-bar pullups, 10 10-14 lb med ball floor to overhead, and 15 double unders followed by cash out of 25 red-band pullups and 25 burpees

Sleep: 8:45 pm-4:40 am (with a brief 2 am wake-up)

Food & Drink:

Water bottle total: 4

PW (Post-Workout) 1-2 oz Emil’s turkey (a great W30 deli meat at Naturally Yours) Small handful raw macadamia nuts

Leftover thai curry soup with chicken coconut meatballs

Head of broccoli steamed in the trusty work micro
Handful of coconut

Snack

a handful of chicken sauteed in coconut oil from last night & zucchini slices

Dinner

Sm spoon coconut butter w/a few blueberries
